Welcome to Chancey (“Platform”). The Platform is provided and controlled by Blue Mage Company (“we” or “us”). We enforces a zero-tolerance policy against any violence, trafficking, solicitation, child sexual exploitation, and child sexual abuse material (“CSAM”).

Platform Scope and Age Restriction

We are a social matchmaking platform strictly for individuals eighteen (18) years of age or older. We do not permit anyone under the age of eighteen (18) to create an account, access content, or use any features on our platform.

During registration, all users must affirmatively confirm that they are at least eighteen (18) years old. Any attempt to bypass this age restriction will result in immediate and appropriate enforcement actions.

Account Approval and Age Verification

Ensuring that only adults use Chancey is fundamental to our safety strategy. During account creation, users are required to declare their age. While we currently rely on self-certification, we reserve the right to implement more robust age verification methods, such as random ID checks or third-party verification, as our resources allow. Age and identity verification is a continuing obligation. We proactively re-check user credentials and investigate reports from users and community members, law enforcement, commercial partners, and non-governmental child protection organisations.

Content Moderation and Detection

We employ a combination of automated tools and manual review to detect and prevent the sharing of illegal, abusive, or exploitative content, including any material involving minors. All user-generated content may be subject to review if flagged by our systems or reported by users. We prioritize the investigation and removal of any content suspected to involve child exploitation or abuse, and such content will be removed immediately upon confirmation.

Account Deactivation and Enforcement

If we determine that an account belongs to a user under eighteen (18) years old, we will immediately deactivate the account, permanently delete any personal information or content submitted, and document and escalate the violation as necessary for legal compliance.

Content that breaches our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy will be removed, and associated accounts will be suspended or terminated.

Data Collection and Privacy for Children

We do not knowingly collect, store, or process any personal data from users under eighteen (18) years old. Chancey complies with major international child privacy regulations:

  • Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA);
  • General Data Protection Regulation, including Article 8 (GDPR-K); and
  • Children’s Code under the Data Protection Act 2018 (DPA).

Policy Review and Legal Compliance

We review and update this policy at least once annually.

Users can report accounts, suspected abuse, or unlawful content by contacting us at project.chancey@gmail.com.

Upon receiving a report, we will:

  • Investigate the report promptly;
  • Remove any content that violates our policies or the law;
  • Suspend or terminate accounts involved in such violations;
  • Cooperate fully with law enforcement and regulatory authorities as required.
